My client a critical access hospital in Oklahoma is seeking a Permanent Med/Surg Nurse Manager to join their organization. To be considered candidates must have a minimum of five (5) years of full-time RN experience in LTAC, Critical Care, ER or other comparable experience with a minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience. The position will report up to the CNO and will have a 4 direct reports reporting to them. The selected candidate will be rewarded with a generous base salary, relocation assistance, sign-on bonus and benefits package.
