Description

A premier academic health system in the Boston metro area is seeking a Senior Director to lead all Retail and Community Health Center pharmacy operations across a large, integrated network. Reporting directly to the Chief Pharmacy Officer, this executive will oversee multi-site operations, financial performance, growth strategy, specialty alignment, payer relationships, and regulatory compliance. This is a Monday–Friday, 100% onsite executive role with significant system-wide visibility and influence and upward mobility. Write your ticket with this level experience and scope of influence.

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s in Pharmacy (advanced degree preferred), an active Massachusetts pharmacist license prior to start, and 10+ years of progressive pharmacy leadership experience including Director-level (or higher) oversight. Strong preference for big-box retail pharmacy leadership backgrounds with demonstrated success in operational scaling, financial management, and regulatory excellence.

Compensation ranges from $190K–$225K+ (negotiable for the right candidate) with performance-based bonus potential and negotiable sign-on package.
