  • 20 patients per day with 3-day onboarding period
  • Outpatient clinic setting
  • Modified schedule template during initial ramp-up period
  • EMR training provided — self-paced and in-person instruction
  • Focus on well child visits and women's health — 80% of patient mix
  • Same day and urgent care visits comprise 10% of schedule
  • Medicare wellness visits comprise 10% of schedule
