Description

Take the next step in your pharmacy career as a Home Infusion & Specialty Pharmacy Manager, leading a team dedicated to delivering top-notch patient care in the Home Infusion & Specialty Pharmacy Services setting. In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations while ensuring regulatory compliance and patient safety. They are also in the process of obtaining URAC accreditation and are growing both service lines at the hospital. This is a great opportunity to put your own "personal brand" on this and help them continue to grow.

This hospital offers a competitive negotiable salary, relocation money which is also negotiable, and temporary housing if needed as you make the transition to their location. The role follows a Monday thru Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm schedule, offering great work-life balance with no weekend work required and a chance to make a lasting impact in a supportive environment.

Home Infusion Pharmacist experience is strongly preferred but willing to consider someone who does not have that experience IF they have a type A personality with an eagerness to learn and a desire to be in this position for the foreseeable future. Will not consider those who have moved around a lot in their career or have been at the staff level for a long time. Must also either be eligible to obtain or already hold an active GA license.

Our community is located in family friendly quaint Southwestern Georgia town a little over an hour from Tallahassee, FL and about 2 hrs. to the Gulf of Mexico.
